What To Pack for Europe One of the things I love most about summer is exploring new places. We've packed our bags and are heading to Italy this weekend and couldn’t be more excited. Italy has long been on our list of destinations to travel to but this is our first time touching down in the country of la dolce vita. Now that the kids are older, we won’t have a bag dedicated to their baby gear. Gone are the days of diapers, formula, extra bed sheets, and mountains of toys to keep them entertained and I’ve decided to challenge ourselves with packing only two small bags; one for my hubby and I and one for the littles. Without fail, I tend to set out packing light but then add a sweater here, a pair of shoes there and soon enough, I’m sitting on my bag trying to zip it closed. Not this time. We’ll be traveling between three cities for two weeks and I want to keep things simple so I’m going to pack five outfits (yes, only five!) to get me through two weeks. I plan to mix and match as much as possible and am focusing on black and white so that everything goes together and looks timeless and classic. No more embarrassing photos to look back on 5 years from now where I think, “what was I wearing?!” And if I find I have nothing to wear with only five outfit options? I am in Italy after all! Dress A little, striped dress is classic, easy, and perfect for zipping around Rome. 2. This hat will provide some necessary sun protection and added style. 5.
